Terms and Conditions

Effective: September 28, 2026

1. Services

Invvodel provides technology services including website design and development, business email and Microsoft 365 setup, domains and hosting management, SEO, IT support, and branding/print services, as described in individual written quotes.

2. Quotes and agreements

Work begins after you accept a written quote. If the scope changes, we’ll agree any price adjustment in writing before proceeding.

3. Payments

4. Timelines

Any timelines we give are good-faith estimates. We’ll keep you informed if anything affects the schedule.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide content, access, and feedback reasonably on time so we can deliver as scheduled.

6. Intellectual property

Once paid in full, final deliverables (website, logo files, etc.) are yours. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

7. Warranties and liability

We perform all services with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
